Feel My Pain Poem by Sarah Abu Zeid

i am not asking for much,
i am only asking for your touch.
i am only waiting for you to be,
i am only waiting for you to see.
i am only waiting for you to feel my pain,
please don't be so vain.
please give me your hand,
to get out from the sadness sand.
please take me away from that scary rain,
take me away so i may catch the happiness train.
i am being tired from digging to find,
anything with me good or kind.
i need to feel anyone about me care,
about what i say or what i wear.
but i didn't find anyone by my side,
except emptiness, which is very wide.
i wanted to find love at that age,
but i didn't and i left this page.
i wanted to have true friends,
for now, for always and to never ends.
but every where people cheat,
as i see them eating my meat.
and when i asked them to stop,
they said; 'no way, we need to reach the top'
when i was young, i used to fend,
because i didn't find anyone to help or lend,
i didn't want to reach a high level,
all i wanted was to be away from the devil.
i didn't want to change my name,
but everyone wanted to play with me some dirty game.
they made me want to change my life,
as i no longer wanted to be anyone's wife.
my life is getting bad every day,
i tried to make it better by every way.
i really want to have some help,
can anyone help?
people are so cruel,
that they treated evryone like a fool.
i wish thay could feel my pain,
but they even can't feel their own pain.
from their dreams thay can't wake,
or for a little have a break.
what more can i say?
what more will i pay?
when will hear me cry?
before i tell them all BYE BYE
