Feasts Of Friends, Desserts For Foes Poem by Kevin Patrick

Feasts Of Friends, Desserts For Foes

Rating: 5.0

For my friends I make a feast
And shower them with banquets of affection
sumptuous courses of nimble delicacies
centerpieces of pheasants
of rich pageantries of pleasance
meats of belly aching
rich du jour
to finish a gastronomes
final tour
and a constant stream of servings
they could hardly finish seconds

but for my enemies
I always save their just desserts
for last
with extra cream topping
to serve their deserved whippings

I too have enjoyed this feast and dessert you have served out of your magnanimity for your friends and foes alike. Only from a thankful heart, such sweet gestures will come! Beautifully penned! A 10

When you express your gratitude and write a poem of thanksgiving, this expresses your tenderness of feelings and values. We are of course glad reading this poem of affection for friends. This poem is truly very thoughtful and excellent one...10
