Fear Poem by Lumche Ristev

Fear

Rating: 5.0

Everyone is watching you,
Everyone is talking about you,
It's all about you,
But it's not.

The fear of being judged,
Slowly eating you alive,

Finding yourself using the very thing that haunts you against others,
Only to find,
You have become the very thing that you hate.
And yet,
Only to realise,
It's all in your head.

Fear is a bunch of sinister shadows. A shadow has no substance, it's usually a magnified reflection of something small. That's why upon facing fear squarely one usually find it inconsequential. An insightful piece of poetry, well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. Thanks for sharing Lumche. Please read my poem POETIC MASTERPIECE.

I am glad that you realized that it's all in one's head. Almost everybody goes through this phase where one faces the fear of being judged. I can relate very well to your poem. But actually those people who 'you think', are watching you or talking about you, don't matter at all. So keep your head high.Remain true to your self. Nice share. Enjoyed reading!
