Faunus Poem by Victor Geld

Faunus

Rating: 5.0

The waves crash and
The seagulls take flight
From the horizon afar_
The sun burns bright
The sand is warm, a perfect delight
And the wind floats through the dust
The world around us, in wonder we trust
As the flowers mingle with the bees
The scent of spring fills the air with ease
Unbeknownst to the violence_
of the crushing waves,
The separation between land and sea,
The Collision of the two worlds we see
Yet in harmony they dance,
a sight to behold and crave.
