Fantasy Poem by mae beezwax

Fantasy

we had a fantasy,
that together we would be
you would hold me tight in your arms
and shower me with your charms

we had a fantasy,
but one the world would not see
your curious gentle touch
that I had come to love so much

our fantasy, to be together
that our love would last forever
no matter how great the distance it would have to cover
through winter, spring, fall and summer
we’d visit the mountains and the sea,
but so much for fantasy

we had a fantasy,
but we could not break free
from the world’s lonely grasp
taking all that our love has

we had a fantasy,
but now I’m in misery
we gave eachother our hearts
but now we’re torn apart

our fantasy, to be together
that our love would last forever
no matter how great the distance it would have to cover
through winter, spring, fall and summer
we’d visit the mountains and the sea,
but so much for fantasy

we had a fantasy,
springing forth from a tiny seed
we held eachother one last time
the world acts as though love is a crime

we had a fantasy,
eachother is all we would need
travel the world together
making life so much better

our fantasy, to be together
that our love would last forever
no matter how great the distance it would have to cover
through winter, spring, fall and summer
we’d visit the mountains and the sea,
but so much for fantasy

I still want our fantasy

Wow. That was amazing to the nth degree. Seriously. It speaks to me SO much and it seems to reflect how I feel. Very good descriptions and connotations.: ] I love how it flows. Amazing.
