Fangs Poem by Da'Vetta Hayes

Fangs

My eyes are crimson and my speech is perfect
I am a beauty divine

I thirst for the lonesome truth in the dark
or for a gentle kind

My soul feels the hurt of lies and cloud of constant fear
no one's pain can even begin to think that they'd lurk near

I sleep in light and walk in dark my skin can not take the pain
I am of a different kind, my life will never be the same

People say my devilish ways will send me straight to hell
my fangs and love for blood alone describe my life so well

My clothes are dark and my nails are clawed I care for no one
I am a savage beast that raid the land that I sprouted from

I sleep with a vengeance towards the world
I hate the sight of happy children especially little girls

The way they play and act as if life is happy within the light
When in the dark with doors closed it's a horrible sight

I will now ease your pain
with my long lost pair of friendly fangs.....
