a beautiful girl, lovingly kissed by the sun
walks the warm sands of the beach
her eye linger from the sunset to the sand at her feet
she is loved by the lime light
but the lime light isn’t loved by her
her life is perfect, but there’s always been something missing
a hole that’s never been filled
her family loves her,
but they’ve never supported her
her money is what they love her for
she would never be loved without her money
but she doesn’t care
she thinks that she would be fine without it
but still she stays, kissed by the sun, beautiful and loved by all
trying to make herself believe that this is what she wants
because that’s all she’s been told since she was eight years old
