Every day I live
A flower blooms upon my lips
In search of you,
In search of love,
In search of never-ending bliss

Every day I live
My heart will plant the seeds,
Expecting you to give
The love, the sun,
The water that it needs.

Every day I live
Without the sunshine in your kiss,
The rose that used to grow
Will wither,
Leaving only splinters in my lips.

Every day I live
Away, I know what fate awaits me.
The thorns will come,
But they wont numb
The love that blossoms daily.

Every day I live
Ill save the dying petals,
To show you
That my love is true.
I haven't left; I haven't settled.

Every day I live
I'll work on this bouquet of love.

Is a day
