Enjoying the process of life,
Takes a constant reminder.
Stress getters are often left feeling depressed,
By facing their daily challenges,
To become upset.
With a tension that pinches every nerve.

Without it recognized that more rest should be prioritized,
One can not fully enjoy the process of life to realize.
Or the benefits of it.
And a rest to get to be achieved,
Will leave success more appreciated...
When it comes to be received but not necessarily expected!
