Enemies Of God Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

Enemies Of God

Rating: 5.0

The snake slithers slowly - calculating
While in the darkness evil only grows
Satan fills the souls of his followers
With a 'heinous' only he knows...
Black magic & voodoo mix in harmony
While a skull & cross bones inherit the night-
The heathens & pagans celebrate -
With their caustic poison's might
They are no longer hidden...
For their camouflage is now gone
God & His Angels have uncovered their 'reality'
Hence, showing the whole world all their wrongs...

Enlightenment

Going back many years - 1969 and remembering Charles Manson and his murderous cult...who had a 'blood lust' and carried out horrific murders...he is still locked up and still believes he is Satan.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A celebration of God's never ending light in a world fill with so much evil...he still manages to protect many of us from those who do not wish us well. Those in our lives who pretend to be good when secretly they have sold their souls to the devil. On Easter - i celebrated His resurrection and also thanked him for His latest help.

Manson and his tribe gave definition to the warnings about Satanists and their ilk but people still don't see what they don't want to see and they don't hear what they don't want to hear.

Susan, you are so right....closed eyes, closed ears....as they continue on worshiping the Fallen One - - practicing their evils everywhere...Satanist's, worshipers of the dark arts/magic- -black magic and voodoo. All make my skin crawl...as does all evil...for me - they are utter enemies of God and all goodness. Just cannot understand why anyone would be proud of practicing evil. Feel better, coughing with you, and and happy anniversary come Friday. We have been married the same length of time...exactly two weeks apart. Ours was on the 7th of this month - and thank you for your right on the mark comment.
