She sat under the yellow tree, singing hymns to life
When rain drops fell on her aspiring soul
She understood she had to continue singing the song
As night fell on the dust around her
She stood up to collect her fears
But nothing changed, she was still there
Singing every song her heart could gather
That cold night, she embraced life
Once again
With all her fears
With all her hopes
And her hymns to life bloomed into a new morn
Very pretty lines of poetry with true feelings and emotions. Thanks.
