Flowers remind me of the beauty spring brings, flouncy cut blouses
And colorful things
New days beginning with the April sun
Making a wish to the stars, I see one.
The song that birds sing when warm weather is bound
The taste of salt from a wave, I remember it’s sound.
April, oh April
Her skies are so blue
Everyday her floors greener
And her trees always bloom.
All of these things that remind me of spring
That’s why Easter reminds me of you.
