Drunkard Dance (Mataal Dance) Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Drunkard Dance (Mataal Dance)

After having taken wine,
I mean country liquor,
The drunkards dance
In their go as you like style
To capture our attention,
To steal the moments.
Some in the lungi
And with a burning beedi,
Lit on and smoking
Dancing
Which but the rustic spectators
Appreciating in full,
I mean the pastoral and rustic girls and boys.
