Dropping Of Atom Bombs On Nagasaki And Hiroshima Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Dropping Of Atom Bombs On Nagasaki And Hiroshima

How would the planes have rumbled into
The aerospace of Japan
Dropping the atom bombs
On Nagasaki and Hiroshima
Turning into a rubble of ruins,
Causing irreparable devastation to them
And their citizens,
A saga of untold, unimaginable pain and misery,
Struggle and suffering?

How did they bear the brunt of,
How would they have struggled to survive,
Suffered to live if could have lived,
We think,
Many would have perished definitely
In the atomic bombing
Unable to bear it,
Explosions, chains of reactions, deafening sounds
Would have played the spoilsport?
