Dont Hold On Poem by Elsbeth Cooper

Dont Hold On

Rating: 5.0

holding on to hate only hurts you, it damages your being and your soul it takes away from you, it makes a black hole and over time that black hole grows and changes who you are, it devours your love that you could give, what then do you have to offer others, your tears are empty they have no meaning, so my dear friends grow like a rose blossom for all to see let the past go hold on to your anger no more become the light that others seek…

I voted this poem a 10/10 because you know the truth about hate... and I also believe people shouldn't hold on to it. Sometimes stubbornness, an ego, or pride will be the downfall of someone who holds onto hate forver.
