We Cry Out Poem by Elsbeth Cooper

We Cry Out

We stand here holding on with the foundation that has been cracked the cries are deep.. They must get louder this world is to be shaken the pleads have to reach his
ears and hit his heart. They stand waiting for the sign they wait for him to stand, he holds his own close to his heart watching over them and protecting them. Still
the foundation must be shaken even more they are not all awake, he waits for the cries to reach the heavens the oil is running low and they sit and watch and they sing
Giving praise to him and rejoicing, as others cry out from running low of oil the mothers cry out for there children, the hearts of men become cold to the word of the
Lord the salt of this world is fading, its slowly losing its favor stand up and bare your arms of armor we get ready for war we will stand as one with our father for
he has makes ready the path.
