Do Not Worry

Worry not always you being
Worry not of tomorrow and future things
Worry not of what you cannot change
But plan to face them as they come.

Rest your mind from vain wondering
Into future's field, day and night
Nothing gains you from straying there
Into fields you cannot tell the end.

Worry not always you being
Denying yourself of pleasant sleep
What will be will definitely be
Your worry does not change a thing.

This poem is written to educate people on the need of not worrying but to plan amd and work through the challenges of life. Currently in Australia, there is cost of living crisis and lot of people are worried. But don't worry, for worrying does not stop a thing.
