Do Not Fish Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Do Not Fish

Rating: 5.0

“Do not fish in troubled water” the people advise
The situation may altogether alter
It has tendency to spoil the good relation
The bitterness is sign or indication

One should avoid adding fuel to fire
This quality is never admired
It says if you can not help
At least avoid giving jerks

It is good to rush to the aid
The gesture may well be paid
Even foes know the intention behind
Later on they may appreciate and turn kind

Some of the people try to create always
Some kind of misunderstanding is created in different ways
Some may resort to character assassination
Some may remain content with spoiling relation

It is human nature that guides future course
Some of the steps invite grace and some invite curses too
Wise people avoid entering into conflict
They keep principle straight and strict

It is good to behave in nice way
There is no use to enter in stray area
One should confine to self and act
Let people enjoy their way and react
