Distanced...From Para...Dise Poem by L.A Barboza

Distanced...From Para...Dise

Rating: 5.0

Looking at old chats,
And regretting all the fights.
Feeling your heart bounce,
When she said you were worth,
A thousand golds a pound.

When something nice you say,
You only get a 'hey.'
When you expect a 'me too, '
What you get is a 'see you.'

Why is my life so dark,
Cause it feels so sad.
I cry at the arise of light,
And wipe my tears at the end of night.

Why am I afraid,
To throw you away.
Why am I so bound,
To your 'a thousand golds a pound.'

You think I'm a punching bag,
A life without swag.
That I'm a personality-lacked scalawag,
A FLY with no wings that became a WALK.

So now you will feel,
What is like to be drunk and ill.
You will be forgotten in the past,
Distanced...From Para...Dise!
