Discouragement Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Discouragement

The only purpose disappointment leaves,
Is to discourage the ones uncertain.
With doubt to accept and believe,
Their skills and abilities to offer...
Are not yet where they should be.
And determination to keep it.
As a lesson to learn.
Often chases away disappointment.
When one chooses to do better,
To have few refusing what they have done.
With it improved.
