Die Again Poem by Asma Khan

Die Again

Rating: 3.8

Why do they find my words
sad and broken?
Do I not state the truth
that goes around us all?

Where is that someone
who looks forward to you?
How can one perceive the
intensity of truth in gestures?

What shall I portray in the name
of love that never existed?
Shall I walk along the traps that
hide in everyone's eyes?

When can anyone feel the truth
that was once true?
Why should I heal after each burn?

Where can I get whom
I am looking for?
When will this long wait
finish for all?

How can I put an end to
the timeless jog?
Did I ever looked through
past's foggy glass?

Why don't you come and
live my life for a day?
How so sure you will not run away?
