Dhanurasana
What once was hard now seems to me
A joy, a comfort, setting free
My spirit, body, and all of me
When in the Bow, I’m set to be
An arrow flying straight toward Thee
Ishvara and the higher Self
Comforting mind, promoting health
The bow, the arrow, both fly free
