Depression Poem by Monino Martin

Depression

No one knows what life holds
Because they’re felling sad and cold
Like no one cares about them
Or they have a lot of problems
Or they’re broken hearted
Or sometimes they’re not getting what ever they wanted
That’s why they’re being depressed
They’re feeling lifeless
They’re suffocating
They’re trying to find the answers to the questions that they’ve been thinking
Some of them can’t really take it anymore, so it makes them end their lives
With these problems they may have they don’t know how they’re going to survive
They don’t really know what they’re going to do
They just do what ever they want to do out of the blue
When they feeling sad and low
They just do whatever and go, that’s all they know
But they don’t know that they have a life a head of them
If they don’t think a lot about their problems
They could still live good
And get whatever they want in their lives, do what ever they could
So they could survive and live on
Some of their depressions will be gone
Some are still strong
They’re just holding on
Because they believe that they can overcome their depressions
They’re freeing their minds
So they could leave their depressions behind
And live happily
And perfectly
