Delusions Poem by Andy Salisbury

Delusions

Don't sell me your Disneyesque dreams and illusions,
For they are just lies and delusions,
Concocted by governmental and corporate collusions,
Designed to misinform and cause general confusion,
Evident whenever I see adverts, shows or switch the news on,
Extolling the virtues of our so called freedoms,
In reality the masses sonmabulate through every day,
Searching for a form of happiness and hoping the pain and fear will go away,
Until we're all fully awakened they will have control,
If they succeed, then it's au revoir to humanity's soul.
