Deep Water Poem by Sunny Rose

Deep Water

Rating: 5.0

I see what i see
Something, longing to see
Perfection perfected by
The power of mine
To desire, by my design

Plunge deep into deep
Betraying the world behind
I am yours and you are mine
I am forever drowned
Into your sea, so deep
But i can freely breathe

Take me into your garden
So i can feel the grass beneath my feet,
Smell the perfume of your flowers,
Kiss those dewdrops hanging by the brink
And lay by the bower of your beautiful tree

And if i ever wake, the truth may come
To tell me of my deepest sorrows
That you and your perfect world are not real
And all that was my pitiful fantasy
