Death-Unaccepted Poem by PREM SAGAR

Death-Unaccepted

DEATH
Death for man - - - -
A metaphysics, a thrust
Towards God.
An objective of mental
attributes.
Only this can control
Juggernaut of man's power;
Only this can restrain
The unrestrained humans
Confiscating nature's physics
First to appease mind-bubbles
Hitting the might to subdue
And prove to be the
mightiest,
Not as The Almighty.
After all Death pervasive.
Death - - - To contain
Mephistopheles undaunted,
Unstoppably unleashing
Persecution, insensibly,
Albeit knowingly, on those
- - - -Being plus similar
Skeleton and flesh.
Man seeking divine release
From death,
If not dying in fragility,
Ampersand longevity,
Bows to chance upon death.
Death - - - -A rhythm
With life, sounding cadence
- - - -Up on life note,
Down on death note,
Reverberating
Nature's tantalizing beauty
Attracting man
To body-reincarnate
With silhouette of death.
