Dear Uncle Poem by Houssam Mokhtari

Dear Uncle

Rating: 5.0

You keep drinking so far
Carrying your death in a cup
careless about your welfare
I'm advising you to stand up

Your dad is now bedridden
Your son is growing fast
Your mom is losing vision
You said this is the last

Yesterday you were in the hospital
On the bed ready to pass away
The Dr. said it was fatal
I told you it's the wrong way

Today you came alive
Your family gave you a big hug
Like bees around a hive
Keeping you warm all day long
