Give me patience in my hour of need
Knowing that you do want me to succeed
Show your compassion and amazing grace
So I'll have the strength to run this race
For this weary life of mine is quite demanding
Give me quiet peace that surpasses understanding
For this I ask of you to do
Because all things are possible through you
