Darkness Poem by Christopher Ray

Darkness

Rating: 3.5

Darkness clouds the face,

Evil all around,

You duck the temptation,

so you dont feel the pain,

But it's like a gun shot,

Your judgment clouded,

The pain hidden like a dead body,

How's it stop,

Can anyone tell me?

Darkness clouds the face,

We can't win,

We cant fight forever,

You run so the darkness doesnt get you,

You run and run,

It takes the floor from your feet,

You fall into a never ending pit,

Where all you can see is nothing but darkness,

You end up 6 feet under,

There's no escape,

Darkness clouds the face
