Let You Down Poem by Christopher Ray

Let You Down

When people let you down,

there is nothing you can do,

As the people you thought were there for you let you down,

When you feel like no one cares,

It's like your home alone,

No one to talk to,

No friends, no family, no life,

When people let you down,

It' hard to deal with,

It's like your trapped in a never ending wheel of nothingness,

It just spins around and around,

Never letting you out,

You grind your teeth and squeeze your fists so hard your nails break skin,

It's a sad life we life,

When people let you down

Depressing, but good insights. You're completely right. People are always going to let you down. The ones that really matter though, will always be there. Sounds corny, but it's true.
