Dainty Damsel Poem by Diwakar Bhatt

Dainty Damsel

Someone sweet I know for a little time,
More of a poem with rhythm & rhyme.

Smiling face charming able to cast a spell,
Must have a heart full of love I would tell.

Doe eyes with serenity unfathomable,
Immense allure of beauty is irresistible.

Thick lashes turn her eyes as if in dreams,
Kohl too adds mysticism, that’s all it seems.

Locks hung around the lovely face playfully,
Like clouds teasing the moon mischievously.

Voice defies the sound of notes melodious,
Words become alive on her lips sensuous.

The manners and etiquettes assets rare,
Simmering jewel of a maiden cute & fair.

Elegance of attire gives the hint of taste,
Heighten the grace of her entity chaste.

Many epithets I would explore to eulogize,
But words too sometime insufficient I realize.

Let me be more specific to my concern
She is a beauty beyond beauty I discern.
