Corona Virus Taught Me Poem by Unica Hija

Corona Virus Taught Me

Rating: 5.0

Corona virus taught me
that the world
can still be
united as one
fighting unknown enemy.

That long closed hands
could still be opened
to hold
to reach
to help
to love.

In my language they say: A needy and greedy would not hesitate to tell a donkey, 'dear father'. Today though together, Wait till changes the weather. But the point is well taken, for, whatever be the motive, something good is good.

Yes, the world can still do things together to fight a common enemy, so in some ways the virus has not been a bad thing. Please read my poem " Avoiding the Corona" . Thanks!
