Compassionate Heart!
Forgotten waters...dredged so deep
the mournful cry...a soul that weeps
compassion's heart...unsure of try
been fooled before..that is why
A shadow of darkness..surrounds this gate
shall I trust faith......Sealing my fate
the choice of choice.....dare walk a mile
I'm unsure I could bring you a smile
My heart open book.....cut once too many
compassionate heart..wanting to send thee
the joy of hope..........to set thee free
this spirit broken.....just should not be.....

Understand this piece only too well. It is a tribute to you and you should continue to open your heart, a closed heart will never truly feel as we are meant to.. I enjoyed reading this Geoff. HG: -) xx
