A heart of compassion, listens
To restless heart searching solace
To be comforted for certain season
Are you present or taken a recess?

Come visit my heart’s depths
Listen to resonating heart beats
Then stay to feel my empty gaps
Where tides rise and recede

Intimacy marry inmost selves
Communication is day-long love making
Giving of precious selves as gifts
To love, be loved; it is intimacy desiring

Love is volitional
Love is a sacrifice
Love is unconditional
Love has no tagged price

Love seeks out expressions
Love seeks to confess to each another
Constantly assures with affirmations
Accepting, inviting growth in each other

Bring me flowers with morning greetings
Kiss-wake me in the mornings
Embrace me, awaken my senses and feelings
Savour such moments till closing evenings

Do not hold back you endearments
Keep affirming my daily deeds of love
Do me acts of service as love endorsements
Let love-making be day-long served

When evening curtains fall, let’s embrace
Let your touch make my senses scream
Let showering kisses set our love ablaze
Let’s drown in our mid summer’s night dream
