Come To Me Poem by Heart Of Ink

Come To Me

There's a well-hidden truth
Between two lies
There's me and you
And the rest of the crowd
They'll cheer you on
Until you walk away
For you misunderstood
The logic of fail

Is it in these hands
Is it in these men
Is it in this world
That we find success
Or is it in this land
Or is it in this end
Or is it in this sword
That we find our death

Come stare me in the eye
I'm not afraid of who you are
You killed a lot in old times
Most weren't a tragic loss
But some of 'em still sparkle
Like well-hidden pearls
Hidden beneath the oceans
And the oceans roar

Come spirits of Antarctica
Come with knives and spears
Come soldiers of underground
We will rule this scene
Come you who washed away
On the shores of the century
Come you who remembers
Your time is here

There's a well-hidden cry
Between those blank expressions
There's a girl who wants to die
But hopes to live till tomorrow
She's aware that you're around
Doesn't know what to call out
Your name's not in commercials
That she watches with her family

But she writes to you to come
Come start a revolution
Come with your buried guns
Come with your freedom
Come with your open heart
Come with your open mind
Come with your state of art
Come with your fire
