Come Share My Life Poem by J.B. LeBuert

Come Share My Life

Rating: 5.0

I'm flying high at this time in my life.
Come fly with me and abandon the strife.
We'll travel the country, and see all that's there.
I can do it alone, but it wouldn't be fair.

Come join my world and see what it's like.
I'm ready for fun, let's take that hike.
I've been treading water for too long now.
Together we'll find as much fun, as time will allow.

We should embark as soon as we can.
Waiting any longer, of this I'm no fan.
My heart's in my throat, I'm ready to go.
Let life take its course, and go with the flow.

My life's been great, as I always tell.
You should join me now; and drink from the well.
Let's fly as high as the eagles do soar.
I know when we're done, you'll be begging for more.

Give me your answer, after you take time to think.
Life's over so quick, there's just time to blink.
The sooner the better, as far as I'm concerned.
If you say no, I won't feel spurned.

Life is made up of the choices we make.
My mind is made up, now that I'm awake.
Come with me my dear, and share my dreams.
It won't be as hard, as it now seems.
