wrap me in my cloak of darkness
Subject to an artist whim
Like an insane magic trick
The night life brings me in
No sunlight to hurt me
No people to annoy
I am the one who
Perfection would destroy
Wrap me in my cloak of darkness
So I can disappear

No one can see me here
There’s no sunlight to harm me
No people to annoy
Only try to break me
