Clinically Explainable Poem by Xyza Dile

Clinically Explainable

Rating: 5.0

Polydipsic, polyuric

Terribly sweats when I’m with you

My body cells’ dying of thirst for you.

Blood rushes thru my veins and unto my brain

Heart-pounding, red flashes, pain in the head

That’s what I feel whenever you’re near.

Air inside my tummy rumbles like thunder

Farting it out makes me feel good, but

It feels more better when you just smile and care

I’m unexplanable.

I’m choked, can’t breathe

Can’t think of what to do

I’m head-to-toe bluish in love with you

Too lost in you…

I’m delusioned, addicted, and haunted by you

The wind’s whisperin’, the shadows are talkin’

Kept tellin me “You are the one”

…somebody who could simply explain the unexplanable me.

great 1st stanza - thirsty and frequent urination...excessive enthusiasm.. nice coined words from symptoms of diabetes or atropine/belladona poisoning in the first and mostly urinating frequently due to diabetes into poetic stanza and used as a simile to so much enthusiasm of infatuation or excessive love upon seeing the apple of your eyes...thus it is clinically explained..nice concept...10
