Circumstance around a person, is responsible for
Changing attitude of that particular person,
That enforces him to take a certain action.
No one can be held solely accountable for
Incidents occurred around us.
The probability of accident, no doubt, is
Higher when someone walks in middle of road.
But, still a driver can stop vehicle before
Approaching near to him or can divert
Direction a little bit to save that victim.
One thing that I want to clear here
It is not wise to blame solely
A particular person, alone responsible
For unexpected event that has occurred.
Situation and person which /who prepared
Atmosphere to occur such disaster or crime
Equally responsible in this regard.
Both, cause and effect of incidents
Must be taken into account, for judgement.
No doubt, everyone has his own logic
To justify his misconduct.
Events and activities should be observed
And evaluated within frame of morality.
The guide line of humanity is there
To assist and rectify way of thinking.
Dispite, common beliefs and standards
There are, still, a few exceptional cases
In which a person and his cruel motive
can be held totally, without any doubt,
Responsible for his heinous activities.
Mass assassination, rape, killing innocent
Children in war, bombardment in civil areas.
Are, indeed, unforgivable crimes.
