Changes (We All Hate Them Right? Except The Good Ones!) Poem by Emma Alberts

Changes (We All Hate Them Right? Except The Good Ones!)

I do my best
But that's not enough
I gotta be strong
I gotta be tough

Be myself
But they think it's not right
It's impossible for me to change
Why can I not cry for one night?

I change my hair,
Change my clothes
I act differently
I put make-up on my face and nose

Then I found out
I never needed to change
There was always
Another way in my range

So now I never needed
To change my hair
Or my clothes
But now, my life seems so bare

3 I luv y'all,
Emma :)

Emma...I don't know you at all...but from having read a couple of your poems...I hope you don't change...you seem pretty great just the way you are! Hugs, Dee
