Butterfly
You are like my soul
A butterfly of a dream
Sailing through the sapphire sky
Upwards towards the alabaster clouds
Riding the warm summer breeze
Flowing to and fro
Your wings glistening in the midday sun
Sparkling
Shining
Fluttering
With beauty
Grace
Gently
so tender
Like eyelashes
brushed upon my cheek
Butterfly kissing
my heart.
