You say it
-The words I've been dreading for so long-

'But i love you'
-I need you, dont leave me, dont turn away, please-

You turn away
-You just crushed my scared and fragile heart-

I'm left all alone
-Already dead, listening to your silent footsteps, seeing bits of my heart in every print-

My head feels dizzy
I now realize I'm sobbing

I'm so scared
-Terrified, mortified, lonely, unwanted-

I fall to the floor
-You stop, just long enough for me to know you hear me, then keep walking-

I walk home alone
-You left me and I'm now reliving imaginary conversations with you-

All I can think about is you
-And how this could have turned out-
