But Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

But

But

Let the eyes streams
-and cry so can reach
-possibly, there, ocean
-where peace lives
-has trace
-calm, ruler
-no time-waste
-to lose it in a race

Maybe there, creatures
-have a home, to settle

Am tired of the leaves
-colour-change
-dance in winds
-speeding to nowhere
-except death…an endless

Rulers are mirages
-in deserts, reflections
-of trees and the lakes
-in the thoughts, images
-of the birds, chirp or sing

Elephant is in room
Must wake up
Enough is dreaming

But birds too
-lost track, at midnight
-are chirping in hiding

Hey wake up
Let's wake up
Must wake up

No truth in dream
-a dream is dream

Must, must, must
But…but…but…
