Burned Bridges Poem by jack green

Burned Bridges

Rating: 5.0

Trouble seems to follow down every path i choose.
Temptation in front of me at every turn i lose.
Burning bridges as i go as fate will soon expose.
Ash's where the bridge stood now nothing grows.
Call this a warning or you could say a plea.
Call this an admission of what should not be.
We make choices in life none taken or given
Everybody will make a mistake that is living
Building old burned out bridges is a start.
Only done by restored trust in others hearts
And never forget after the bridge nothing grew
A man made a mistake or remain a unredeemed fool.
