Broken Pieces Of Glass Poem by Catherine Shipman

Broken Pieces Of Glass

Hold up your chin, try to be strong
Somehow I always end feeling wrong

Time can help, but time can't heal
too much pain and there's no appeal

Dry and plain like desert sands
I can't keep up with life's demands

Hurt and Pain and loss and tears
It's time to finally face your fears

The End...Or just the beginning

I connect best to sad, meaningful, thoughts and ideas. I can express this connection through writing deep poetry.
