Broken Dream Poem by Marlene Rashidi

Broken Dream

</></> A dream that has less chances
No hope to linger,
Faded out away,
The bright strength breaks its fall.

A little girl's dream,
With little hope,
In a little world.
Filled with many impossibilities.

A little girl who dared,
To go against her wishes,
What she dreamed was unpredictable,
The dream grew dull.

Once she had a dream,
But now it's gone,
A dream in a dark world,
A dream to be prayed for.

As long as you do your very best in all the smallest details that only you know about your dreams will never be broken. There are so many accomplishments waiting for you that cannot happen once you attach yourself to another. Do those things first because the minute you say, “love and marriage”, mark my words, you will be married and a whole slice of your life that could have been, will never happen. There are so many young girls on this site who are crying over lost love, which, had they waited, would have been a different person. Read mine – The Bloom Of Youth – Adeline
