Brick Wall Poem by Heart of Ice Die Die Die

Brick Wall

They're hiding things from me...
again.
What are you hiding?
Please, let me help.
Don't hold this all
on your shoulders.
Don't be like me.
Holding it all up
all by yourself
is hard.
It wears you down,
starting at the edges.
Waring them down,
making them go ragged.
Then it spreads.
And it doens't stop.
It's like a virus,
the infection will spread
through like wild fire.
Just like me.
But you're stronger than that.
You're better than me,
you can hold your head up high
over those water that I can't.
Don't try to be
the brick wall
that everyone leans on.
Because brick walls crumble huney,
and I won't let you fall.
I won't let you
be like me.
Stay strong sweetie.
