Brick Jungle Poem by Majul Hassan

Brick Jungle

'May' refers to 'Daughter' in Bengali
I had no time to kiss my 'May' today

Sometime sky could be barren grass

Here in this very under contraction site
Desire are weaving hands in the blue
In dark ocean's eye
People are building Apartments
Mall, Plan chat, Columns n watchtower

Where are you man?

I am in tango desert; May be nowhere
May be lost in vapor
lost for good, ever after
Green. Dream

So May day may be sucked in brick Jungle
As my boss prefer to call me an Ape...
