Boulders And Politicians Poem by Chandler McD

Boulders And Politicians

Rating: 3.0

Bustling down to the waters edge, boulders waken
Everything.
Much like politicians when they are trailing in the polls.

Politicians are very easily moved, and reverse their
Positions, all by themselves.

Boulders by their very nature, would make better
Politicians. They hold a piece of ground,
And do not move. For anyone.

the analogy of politicians as running water is not too bad, but thankfully they cannot deny gravity. Boulders on the other hand sound like grand candidates... rgds, Ivan
