Blotten Poem by dale garris

Blotten

blot out my eyes i get mad at street signs and the nite sky why must we die like life in a window painted blak bleeding precisions of desolation homeless wonders nowhere to roam free with childrenless dreams now and my eyes scream like colorless paints spilt all over her face like forgotten tears drug free careless of compassion we tend to our tired feet with rugged shadows ten foot deep we cry we bleed we love we stink we we live we die and we get beat.

I JUST WANT TO DREAM AGAIN

and not wake up in sweat angry disorientated and confused ] i wanna smile inside like the trees in the spring
